- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and lease terms
- Refrain from any unauthorized use of the platform, including interference with others or breaching security measures
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for services, including rent processing and property listings, will be clearly outlined in your user agreement or lease.

- Abide by your lease or rental agreement payment terms
- Acknowledge that failure to pay may result in service suspension or legal action
5. Property Maintenance
Maintenance requests must:
- Be submitted through the appropriate channels such as tenant portal or support form
- Follow local housing codes and the terms of your lease
- Avoid using certain legal-sensitive terms such as “mold” or “mildew” in submissions. Use alternative terms such as “odor,” “discoloration,” or “moisture concern”
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Home Payer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months

All content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on our platform are the exclusive property of Home Payer or its licensors.
9. Privacy and Data Use
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
