  • Refrain from any unauthorized use of the platform, including interference with others or breaching security measures

4. Fees and Payments

  • Abide by your lease or rental agreement payment terms
  • Acknowledge that failure to pay may result in service suspension or legal action

5. Property Maintenance

Maintenance requests must:

  • Be submitted through the appropriate channels such as tenant portal or support form
  • Follow local housing codes and the terms of your lease
  • Avoid using certain legal-sensitive terms such as “mold” or “mildew” in submissions. Use alternative terms such as “odor,” “discoloration,” or “moisture concern”

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.

  • Misuse or fraudulent activity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Home Payer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months
